Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the Genius partner ecosystem. You will lead migrations, onboarding, and governance to ensure smooth integrations across the software portfolio.

The role collaborates with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Implementation, Support, Legal, and Marketing to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations or related functions.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of APIs and software integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner migration programs to new platform capabilities and APIs.
• Develop migration plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate readiness activities including onboarding, testing, and launch preparation.
• Manage migration governance with milestones, risks, and escalations.
• Own day-to-day operational management of the partner integration portfolio.
• Establish repeatable processes for onboarding, certification, launch, and support.
