Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring adoption of AI-powered solutions.
• Translate business requirements into change impact assessments and oversee modifications for proper governance.
• Identify and engage stakeholders, establishing clear communication to manage expectations and adoption.
• Develop and execute change strategies leveraging AI insights to personalize communications and maximize ROI.
• Drive cross-functional engagement and activate change champions across senior leadership.
• Collaborate with PMO, DET and Business Stakeholders to align change efforts with program plans.
• Support experience validation metrics and partner with analytics teams to measure engagement, adoption, and sentiment using AI-enabled insights.
• Identify themes from feedback and build dashboards to drive continuous improvement in seller experience and adoption.
