Roche Holding AG in Indianapolis is seeking a P&C Enabling Support Specialist to partner with stakeholders, manage projects, and coordinate events within a global network. You will drive continuous process improvements and embed technology across the network.

The role requires fluent English, with additional languages a plus, and on-site presence of at least three days weekly. A background in People & Culture and event management is preferred.

Qualificações

• University degree/commercial diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in People & Culture, business support, professional assistance and/or event management.
• Experience in dynamic project coordination/management and working in a team or network.
• Efficient handling of standard IT-applications, preferably Google suite.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders using agile methods for strategic project management and events.
• Provide technology support and continuous improvement of processes, embedding technology within the network.
• Develop the P&C Enabling Support Network and contribute to related initiatives and projects.
• Support global, regional & local P&C colleagues on tasks including complex travel/expense management and large events.
• Handle local site/chapter specific requests.
• On-site presence is a minimum of 3 days a week.
