Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Global Operations is seeking a Network P&C Business Partner to translate enterprise HR strategy into actionable programs across the global network. You will partner with PCET and site leadership to drive organizational design changes, talent development, and cross-functional agility.

This on-site role at Indianapolis focuses on embedding VACC leadership and data-driven HR insights across the GO footprint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of progressive HR or related business experience with project management and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Strong understanding of HR operational frameworks, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
Business fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into action by shaping tailored P&C strategies and driving implementation through change initiatives and Work Product Teams.
Advance organizational design and effectiveness by shifting mindset, behaviors, and agile ways of working.
Focus on enhancing future talent and capabilities, securing a diverse pipeline to meet long-term goals.
Provide guidance on talent management, workforce strategies, organization design, and reward and recognition topics.
Lead and coach across the P&C organization to foster VACC leadership and trust.
