Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Global Operations in Indianapolis seeks a Network P&C Business Partner to drive the global HR and people strategies across the Diagnostics GO footprint. You will partner with PCET, translate enterprise strategy into actionable P&C initiatives, and lead transformational programs with a focus on leadership, culture, and agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR or related business experience, with project management and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong understanding of HR operational frameworks, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
• Business fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Leads with Vision, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach (VACC) principles, bringing high self-awareness.
• Ability to navigate matrixed P&C systems and diagnose business needs to support global initiatives.
