Job summary

Genentech is seeking a P&C Enabling Support Network professional to deliver business support and administration across functions. You will connect dots across teams to drive network-wide success and implement technology-enabled process improvements.

The role requires onsite presence in South San Francisco with a hybrid work model. A degree and experience in People & Culture or event management are essential, with English fluency and cross-cultural collaboration skills valued.

Qualifications

University degree or commercial diploma and related experience in People & Culture, business support or event management.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus depending on region.
Experience with project coordination and working in a matrix/global environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders using agile methodologies and contribute to strategic project management and events.
Provide technology support and improve processes with embedded technology within the network.
Develop the P&C Enabling Support Network and contribute to network initiatives and projects.
Support global, regional and local P&C colleagues on tasks including travel and events.
Handle local site/chapter requests and respond to line manager requests.
