Job summary

Roche in Indianapolis is seeking a P&C Enabling Support Network Specialist to join a global, self‑organized team. You will partner with stakeholders, drive strategic project management, plan events, and help improve processes across the network.

The role requires a university degree or diploma, English fluency, and on‑site presence of at least three days per week. A discretionary annual bonus may be available; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in People & Culture, business support or event management.
• Experience in dynamic project coordination in a team or network.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders using agile methods for project planning and events.
• Provide technology support and continuous improvement of network processes.
• Help develop the P&C Enabling Support Network and related initiatives.
• Support global, regional and local colleagues on travel, events, and meetings.
• Handle local site or chapter requests.
• Maintain on-site presence of at least three days per week.
