Qualifications

• Partner closely with the Diagnostics Global Operations P&C Enabling Team (PCET) to co-create and drive the functional agenda across the Global Operations footprint.
• Bridge site-level execution with the strategic P&C roadmap, ensuring local insights inform global initiatives.
• Turn business insights into tailored P&C strategies and drive implementation through change initiatives and squads.
• Advance organizational design and effectiveness by driving mindset and behavior changes and agile ways of working.
• Focus on enhancing future talent and capabilities, securing a diverse pipeline for long-term goals.
• Collaborate across the Plan, Source, Make, Supply value chain to harmonize people practices.
