Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is expanding its outbound training across North America and beyond. The role focuses on designing onboarding boot camps, certifying readiness, and delivering scalable programs for different segments and regions.

You will collaborate with external trainers, build scorecards, and empower leaders with coaching priorities to drive productivity and growth. A strong emphasis on applying data to training decisions is evident throughout

Qualifications

• Design and run the new hire boot camp to accelerate productivity.
• Define what it means to be ready and certified and how it is measured.
• Adapt the program for different segments and regions without building separate programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the new hire boot camp so reps start live calls sooner and reach full productivity faster.
• Define readiness and certification criteria and how it is measured.
• Adapt the program for different segments and regions without building separate programs for each.
• Review scorecards and call insights to identify where outbound methods are used and where training is needed.
• Turn findings into training and coaching priorities for leaders.
• Build and evolve rep scorecards with the Outbound Performance manager who provides data.
• Help leaders use scorecards and coach consistently without being chased.
• Coordinate external trainers and decide where they spend time in refresh and advisory sessions.
• Identify where training investment pays off and make the case for it.
• Manage the training budget.
• Build and run SDR to AE boot camp and future leaders boot camp.
• Lead culture initiatives, recognition and spiffs that reinforce desired behaviors.
• Help create clear growth paths within SDR and into other roles.
• Own coordination for all trainings and events including venues, travel and meals.
