Job summary

Relativity is seeking a senior leader to own Global Billing Operations within the Order-to-Cash function. You will drive end-to-end billing, contract setup, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations across multiple geographies and currencies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role emphasizes designing scalable processes, maintaining SOX controls, and collaborating with Revenue Accounting, Legal, IT, and Product to enable new monetization models in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in Billing Ops/OTC or Revenue Ops, with 3+ years in people management.
• Deep expertise in global billing operations, multi-currency/multi-entity environments.
• Strong design and controls for scalable billing processes and SOX awareness.
• Proficiency with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience owning SOX controls for billing or OTC in public companies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, adjustments, and reconciliation across geographies and revenue streams.
• Establish global billing standards and procedures focusing on completeness, accuracy, and timely cycles.
• Design and maintain scalable billing processes with defined controls and regular reviews.
• Assist SOX control framework management for billing operations; ensure audit readiness.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Revenue Accounting, Legal, IT, and Product to ensure operations scale with new products.
