Job summary

BD seeks an Associate Director, OT Cybersecurity Officer to lead strategic OT cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing and distribution. You will own risk, architecture, and governance, coordinating with multiple departments to balance cybersecurity with safety and supply continuity.

You will drive measurable improvements in asset visibility, vulnerability management, and secure operations while guiding modernization and digital manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define OT cybersecurity strategy and governance for global manufacturing and distribution.
• Lead cross-functional governance across Cybersecurity, ISC, Plant Engineering, and Digital to ensure consistent OT security requirements.
• Own OT risk and vulnerability management framework including prioritization and remediation governance.
• Translate OT risk into business impact for executive decisions and operational resilience.
• Oversee OT security architecture for manufacturing environments including segmentation and secure access.
• Drive visibility into assets, exposures, and remediation progress across sites.
