Job summary

Rockline Industries seeks an Manufacturing OT Manager to lead OT governance and cybersecurity across multiple facilities. You will help establish architecture standards and roadmaps while partnering with Operations, IT, and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure manufacturing solutions.

The role emphasizes lifecycle management, change control, and continuous improvement to ensure 24/7 operations and reliability in a high-speed production environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in OT with governance and lifecycle management.
• Experience with ICS, PLCs, and Rockwell control platforms.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity and risk frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST).
• Ability to design and maintain OT governance processes and disaster recovery.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT Governance, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management across sites.
• Define OT architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee OT infrastructure lifecycle and continuous improvement.
• Direct OT Change Management, documentation, and support processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and project teams.
