Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive seeks a Director of OT Security and Infrastructure to lead the Cyber Security team for manufacturing facilities worldwide. You will drive strategic OT security architecture, coordinate with Supply Chain and IT, and oversee budgets and project prioritization to secure OT environments.

The role requires extensive OT security expertise, leadership capabilities, and collaboration with global teams to protect manufacturing operations and ensure system availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 6+ years of OT security, network security, or industrial control systems experience.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Proven track record of coordinating with global Supply Chain counterparts on cybersecurity objectives.
• 3+ years of leading and managing complex security projects.
• Experience with OT security policies and standards (e.g., NIST 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Experience managing OT asset visibility platforms (Claroty, Dragos, Armis, Nozomi) and querying asset repositories.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the OT cybersecurity team, driving technical excellence.
• Oversee enterprise risk management and audit-related activities in manufacturing environments.
• Manage performance, resource allocation, and budgets to align with global security goals.
• Design and implement OT security strategies, policies, and architectures across global plants.
• Educate Global Supply Chain and IT teams on OT security best practices for manufacturing.
