Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting import/export activities with Incoterms knowledge.
• 3+ years in customer service, order management, supply chain, or similar.
• ERP experience, ideally SAP; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Confident communication and problem-solving to build relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage international import and export orders from start to finish, including order entry, purchase orders, shipment coordination, documentation, transportation, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for timely updates and issue resolution.
• Ensure import/export accuracy and compliance with documentation, audits, and regulatory processes.
• Resolve order, freight, billing, and customer issues while minimizing negative impact.
• Maintain data accuracy and support process improvements with Supply Chain and S&OP teams.
