Qualifications

• International order management experience with import/export and Incoterms.
• 3+ years in customer service, order management, or a similar role.
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP, plus MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for complex shipping challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving global environment and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage international import and export orders end-to-end, including order entry, purchase orders, shipment coordination, documentation, transportation, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to provide timely updates and resolve shipping issues.
• Ensure import/export accuracy and compliance with documentation, audits, and regulatory processes.
• Resolve orders, freight, billing, and customer issues while proactively minimizing impact.
• Maintain accurate business data and support continuous improvement with Supply Chain and S&OP teams.
