Job summary

Bostik is seeking a customer-focused specialist to manage international import/export orders from start to finish. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate shipping, documentation, and timely updates in a hybrid work setting in Radnor, PA.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in customer service or order management, strong ERP/SAP skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This role offers collaborative growth within a global team.

Qualifications

Experience managing international import/export activities.
Strong customer-service mindset with 3+ years in customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities
