Job summary

Arkema, based in Radnor, PA with a hybrid in-office/remote work model, is seeking an International Account Specialist to manage global orders and coordinate across Supply Chain teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and proactive customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal groups to ensure timely updates, resolve shipping challenges, and support continuous improvement within Arkema's global network.

Qualifications

• International order management experience, including 2+ years in import/export.
• Strong customer mindset with 3+ years in customer service or order management.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP, plus Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Confident communication and problem-solving skills in global ops.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage international import/export orders from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure customs compliance.
• Resolve issues and minimize impact to customers and business.
• Maintain data and support process improvements with Supply Chain teams.
