Job summary

Arkema's High Performance Polymers (HPP) business seeks an experienced Account Specialist to support our global customer base. This role links customers with manufacturing sites, logistics providers, and international affiliates.

You will manage export and domestic orders for global customers, coordinate shipments, maintain SAP data, and provide timely updates on order status and delivery commitments. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across North America and international teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service, order management, supply chain or logistics.
• At least 2 years supporting international business/export operations.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of export and domestic customer orders.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing with high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor orders and identify risks to delivery performance.
• Maintain customer master data and transactional information in SAP.
• Provide customers with updates on order status, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments.
