Topaz HR Global seeks a highly organized Global Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our international workforce and client accounts in a West Orange, NJ office. This role coordinates between clients, offshore staff, recruiting, HR and finance to keep onboarding, payroll inputs and billing aligned, while proactively addressing issues.

The ideal candidate will manage the employee lifecycle, timekeeping, and workforce data, ensuring accurate rosters and timely client updates

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in staffing, BPO, outsourcing, workforce operations, HR operations or a related environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and business owners.
• Excellent spreadsheet, reporting, and data-management skills with attention to accuracy.
• Proactive, accountable, and capable of identifying issues and making sound decisions.
• Experience working with international teams and ability to accommodate multiple time zones.
• Spanish or Tagalog language skills and familiarity with U.S. HR/payroll practices are helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the employee lifecycle for global employees, including offers, onboarding, changes, performance coordination, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, equipment, access, training and 30-day follow-up.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, PTO, and payroll inputs for accurate processing.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding performance, staffing needs, concerns, and workforce plans.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, performance, retention, and attrition trends with follow-up.
• Maintain master workforce roster with assignments, compensation, billing rates, start dates, and status.
• Coordinate changes with finance to support accurate client billing and payroll.
• Partner with recruiting and internal teams on requisitions and scalable processes.
