Job summary

Harvey is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead cross-functional, high-impact initiatives across the organization, including M&A diligence, integration, and geographic expansion. Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional programs, including M&A transactions and integrations across lifecycle stages.
• Hands-on operating style with bias toward action and willingness to dive into the substance to move work forward.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment across functions without formal authority when needed.
• Clear, direct executive communication, distilling complex programs into decisions, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Strong AI fluency; using AI to move faster, synthesize information, and improve output quality.
• Ability to coordinate and partner with People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-priority programs from planning through execution and handoff, including M&A initiatives spanning diligence through integration.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions; surface risks and blockers.
• Connect the dots across functions to understand cross-workstream impacts and involve the right people at the right moments.
• Build repeatable infrastructure as we scale, creating templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes for future programs.
• Drive critical decisions by developing a point of view, framing tradeoffs, and bringing stakeholders together.
• Own program communications and change management for executives and employees affected by changes.
• Keep the employee experience at the center during high-change moments like entering new markets or integrating teams.
