Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional programs, including M&A transactions and integrations across lifecycle.
• Hands-on operating style with bias toward action and practical diligence.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment across functions without formal authority.
• Clear, direct executive communication distilling decisions, risks and tradeoffs.
• Strong AI fluency; use AI to move faster, handle ambiguity, and improve output quality.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-priority programs from planning through execution and handoff, incl. M&A diligence and integration.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, owners, dependencies, and readiness gates.
• Coordinate across People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams to align decisions.
• Develop repeatable infrastructure, templates, SOPs, and operating processes for future programs.
• Drive critical decisions, frame tradeoffs, and ensure execution follows decisions.
• Own program communications and change management for executives and employees.
• Keep employee experience centered during high-change moments like integrations or market entry.
