Job summary

Harvey is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across opening entities, markets, M&A, and integration work. You will own end-to-end programs, build the plan, and drive decisions with rapid execution.

You will partner with People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, IT and more, translating ambiguous objectives into concrete requirements and scalable templates for a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading multi‑team programs in fast‑moving environments.
• Experience supporting M&A and integrations across lifecycle stages.
• Hands-on operator with bias toward action and problem solving.
• Strong judgment to align experts and senior leaders without authority.
• Clear, direct communication of decisions and risks to all audiences.
• Fluent in applying AI to move faster and improve output.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high‑priority programs from planning to execution and handoff.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements and dependencies.
• Coordinate with People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, IT and other teams.
• Create repeatable infrastructure, templates, SOPs, for future programs.
• Drive critical decisions and translate them into execution.
• Manage program communications and change management.
• Keep employee experience central during high-change moments.
