Job summary

Blackstone eIT is seeking an Operations & Offices Manager to ensure people, assets, compliance, and facilities run reliably across locations including UAE, KSA, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, the US, and a distributed consultant workforce.

Reporting to the Chief Process Officer, the role requires autonomous day-to-day problem solving, cross-border coordination, and leadership of a geographically dispersed team with varying skill levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of multi-country operations and office management.
• Experience leading distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
• Hands-on immigration experience with visas and government liaison in KSA, UAE, or Jordan.
• Experience managing medical insurance programs and vendor contracts.
• Ability to build and enforce operational procedures where processes are missing.
• Strong knowledge of regional labor laws across KSA, UAE, Jordan, and Egypt.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/operational systems.
• Schedule flexibility across time zones and varying working weeks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding across geographies with HR, IT, and Finance.
• Manage visa issuance, renewals, and cancellations; coordinate with authorities.
• Support payroll inputs and ensure timely, accurate country payroll submissions.
• Supervise country Operations coordinators and manage leases, facilities, and vendor contracts.
• Standardize processes and drive continuous improvement with audits.
