Topaz HR Global is seeking a highly organized Global Operations Manager to oversee international workforce operations, client accounts, onboarding processes, recruiting coordination, and employee lifecycle management. This role serves as the central point of coordination among clients, employees, recruiters, HR, finance, and leadership.

The ideal candidate thrives on ownership, balances people, processes, and client service, and is comfortable working across countries, cultures, and time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce operations, staffing or HR operations.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating candidate interviews and onboarding.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficient in reporting and data management.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day global workforce operations across client accounts.
• Be primary contact for clients on performance, staffing needs, and operations.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, interviews, and hiring support.
• Oversee onboarding, lifecycle management, and workforce transitions.
• Maintain workforce records, rosters, compensation info, and assignments.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, PTO, and workforce administration.
• Monitor engagement, attendance, and retention trends.
• Provide workforce reporting, updates, and insights to leadership.
• Ensure billing accuracy for workforce and compensation changes.
• Develop scalable operational processes and procedures.
