Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in Diversity & Inclusion, HR, program management, or related fields.
• Experience building enterprise ERG programs and governance.
• AI fluency and ability to integrate AI tools into workflows.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ERG governance, leadership coordination, and annual planning.
• Develop and maintain ERG standards, policies, and procedures across regions.
• Manage ERG projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Support goal setting, event planning, leadership transitions, and engagement.
• Create centralized dashboards to track participation and program effectiveness.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Prepare executive-ready briefing materials for senior leaders.
• Coordinate global ERG leader meetings and working sessions.
• Benchmark ERG practices and support special D&I initiatives.
