Job summary

UPS Industrial Services, LLC is seeking a highly organized Resources Manager to oversee onboarding operations, workforce coordination, and personnel support for domestic and international projects. This role partners with Operations, Project Management, and HR to drive onboarding efficiency and staffing objectives.

Responsibilities include ATS administration, project staffing, leadership of Resources team, and ensuring compliance with ISNetworld and related programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, recruiting, onboarding, human resources, staffing, or related industrial services environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), workforce management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding strategies and execution for U.S. and international staffing initiatives.
• Establish and activate new projects within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Resources Department personnel as necessary.
• Respond to inquiries from Operations Management, Project Management, and field leadership; maintain compliance processes including ISNetworld.
• Participate in on-call monitoring and support to meet project requirements.
