Block is seeking a senior operations leader to own onboarding across international markets, starting with Australia and Europe. You will translate global strategy into market plans, lead regional teams, and drive seller outcomes with AI-enabled improvements.

You will coordinate with regional leaders to balance local needs with global standards, optimize activation and time‑to‑value, and influence senior stakeholders on operational tradeoffs across markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive operations leadership with multi-market scope.
• Experience leading distributed teams across geographies and channels.
• Ability to balance global standards with local market realities.
• Experience with first-party and vendor-supported operations and performance mgmt.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen including KPI and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Ability to operate independently on large assignments amidst ambiguity.
• Experience with market launches, localization and international expansion.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding execution across international markets, from post‑sale to live.
• Manage EU/UK and APAC onboarding operations, staffing and SLAs.
• Create regional objectives aligned to global strategy.
• Localize operating models while maintaining global standards.
• Develop market launches playbooks and regional expansion plans.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation across teams.
