Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
- Experience managing distributed teams across geographies.
- Balance global standards with local market realities.
- Experience with first-party and vendor-supported operations.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen (capacity planning, KPI, cost-to-serve).
- Able to operate independently amid ambiguity.
- Experience with market launches, localization, international expansion.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience using AI to improve workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding execution across international markets, starting with Australia and Europe.
- Lead regional teams and partners, ensuring service quality and SLAs.
- Develop market playbooks and localization of onboarding delivery.
- Drive performance via dashboards, reviews, and resource allocation.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and GTM teams.
