Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Global Onboarding Lead to build and run a high-impact onboarding experience for new hires and executives, with a focus on scalable, AI-enabled programs. The role sits on the Talent & Learning team and reports to the Senior Manager of Learning & Development in Boston.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, or people programs, with onboarding or large-scale programs preferred.
• Strong content development and instructional design skills across multiple modalities.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in global or distributed environments.
• You use AI as a core part of work and experiment with new tools to improve learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Base Camp for global cohorts, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Build and maintain program infrastructure, schedules, guides, logistics, tooling, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as lead facilitator for live onboarding experiences in the Boston office.
• Track program health with qualitative and quantitative metrics and drive improvements.
• Design and maintain onboarding curriculum reflecting Klaviyo culture, values and priorities across modalities.
• Apply AI across the content lifecycle to accelerate and improve learning outcomes.
• Partner with subject matter experts to keep content accurate and refreshed as needed.
• Build relationships with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, Legal and business leaders for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to deliver onboarding for executives and senior leaders.
