Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in software engineering or developer productivity roles.
• Experience designing onboarding bootcamps or developer education is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with engineering leadership, HRBP, and cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to translate insights into programs, tools, and rituals.
• Excellent technical writing and training design skills.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering onboarding and time-to-impact with AI-first Day 0–Day 90 ramp.
• Embed AI into daily engineering workflows and pilot tools.
• Codify how engineering works with living training and docs for CI/CD and release practices.
• Design scalable learning programs and workshops.
• Improve Engineering Manager effectiveness through aligned leadership content.
• Lead live learning sessions for engineers and managers.
• Define north-star metrics for onboarding and productivity programs.
• Collaborate on onboarding delivery and maintain docs.
• Strengthen recruiting-to-onboarding handoff.
• Elevate engineering culture and learning through talks and communities.
• Communicate clearly and consistently about programs.
