Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Group Product Manager to own and scale the end-to-end onboarding experience for merchants, platforms, and sub-merchants worldwide. You will drive activation, adoption, and long-term growth while partnering with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure trusted, auditable solutions.

You will lead a globally distributed team across Chicago and Amsterdam, setting high standards for craft, rigor, and ownership, and you will apply AI/ML to improve onboarding

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including launching and evolving complex products across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience strategy and front-end/API design to drive activation and value.
• Turn onboarding into a growth engine using experimentation to improve activation and conversion.
• Balance UX with risk controls by partnering with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
• Apply AI/ML to onboarding to create smarter, faster flows and raise team productivity.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed product management team across Chicago and Amsterdam.
