• Own a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers, building executive relationships.
• Guide customer journeys using predictive signals and standardized frameworks to drive adoption.
• Deliver value at scale to low-touch customers through curated outreach and Success-AI.
• Maintain product & industry knowledge to discuss relevant use cases with customers.
• Identify and mitigate churn risks in collaboration with internal teams.
• Act as Voice of the Customer to influence Atlassian products and services.
• Maintain records in Gainsight and adhere to engagement frameworks.
