Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the global Onboarding Success Managers for the Teamwork Collection. You’ll drive early customer outcomes, guide journeys, and scale onboarding programs across large strategic customers, ensuring adoption and value realization in the cloud.

You will collaborate with solution sales, product, and CSMs, shaping processes and delivering exceptional customer experiences across regions. Strong leadership and SaaS expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS roles with enterprise relationships.
• Experience driving adoption and transformation in large global orgs.
• Expertise in executive stakeholder management and program management.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on adoption, value realization, and satisfaction.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and guide customers to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers, building executive relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Guide customer journeys using predictive signals and standard frameworks to drive adoption and success.
• Deliver value at scale to low-touch customers through curated outreach and Success-AI.
• Maintain knowledge of Atlassian products and relevant use cases for customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate churn risks in collaboration with internal teams.
