Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Principal, Customer Success Portfolio Design & Transformation to design and lead the enterprise CS portfolio, building playbooks for adoption, value realization, onboarding and product adoption across customer segments.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Strategy and Revenue Operations to enable a scalable, outcomes-focused CS function and align GTM with customer milestones across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, business/CS ops, or org design shaping operating models.
• Experience in Customer Success or enterprise GTM strategy.
• Led large, cross-functional transformations in matrixed orgs.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking; quantitative modeling and narrative recommendations.
• Expertise mapping complex enterprise customer journeys and adoption programs.
• Experience liaising between Product and Customer Success to align updates with enterprise needs.
• Data-driven decision making using customer insights to inform design and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to solution selling and transform CSM workflows using data-backed strategies.
• Define GTM plays, engagement models, and delivery motions by segment and tier.
• Identify adoption levers to increase product adoption, maturity, and retention.
• Ensure seamless integration by partnering with Product and Solution Factory for scalable execution.
• Design and operationalize the enterprise customer success journey focused on moments that matter.
• Define a value framework tied to outcomes to demonstrate ROI and product impact.
• Build a scalable program with assets, enablement and content systems; partner with Customer Education and self-service teams.
