Job summary

Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, seeks a seasoned Product Leader to shape the Global Omni-Commerce payments experience.

You will manage a global team of Product Managers, define the vision, and translate strategy into execution across EMV/Swipe, local payment methods, Buy Now Pay Later, QR, and eCommerce transactions. The ideal candidate drives growth, manages technical products, and delivers complex platforms at scale, with a deep focus on user needs and a strong balance of market insight and

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of product management, payments, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in payments technology and merchant acquiring preferred.
• Ability to translate product vision into actionable roadmaps and outcomes.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in a cloud-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate a multi-year global Omni-Commerce vision and opportunity sizing.
• Drive roadmaps, technology blueprints, prioritization, and cross-functional execution for omni-commerce payments.
• Lead the team to translate vision into milestones, roadmaps, OKRs, and executive buy-in.
• Use metrics and competitive analysis to guide strategy and measure success.
• Ensure compliance with PCI standards, regulations, and security guidelines.
• Lead cross-functional groups to align on omni-commerce capabilities.
