Zusammenfassung

U.S. Bank’s Elavon subsidiary seeks a Product Leader to shape the Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You’ll manage a global Product Management team, set vision, and translate strategy into execution with cross-functional partners, including technology.

This role impacts EMV/Swipe, Local Methods, Buy Now Pay Later, QR, and eCommerce payments on a global scale. Ideal candidates will have growth-oriented product leadership, technical platform delivery, and a strong focus on user experience

Qualifikationen

Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

Aufgaben

Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision and size the opportunity.
Drive product roadmaps, technology blueprint, prioritization, and execution across omni-commerce payments.
Lead the team with milestones, roadmaps, OKRs, and executive buy-in.
Use analytics to measure success and inform direction.
Ensure compliance with PCI standards and card regulations.
