Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, seeks a Product Leader to shape the future of its Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You will manage a global team of Product Managers, set vision and strategy, and translate strategy into execution with a cross-functional team including technology.

We seek someone with growth-driving experience in technical products and platform delivery at scale, focused on Omni-Commerce customer experience and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, transaction banking, financial services, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision and size the potential opportunity.
• Drive product roadmaps, technology blueprint, product prioritization, execution and support across all aspects of the Omni-commerce Payments experience.
• Lead your team in breaking your vision down into measurable milestones for progressive delivery.
• Use metrics & competitive analysis to inform your point of view and measure success.
• Drive compliance with PCI standards, card scheme regulations, local government policy, etc.
• Lead and/or support cross-functional groups to guide omni-commerce capabilities.
