Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Elavon unit is seeking a Product Leader to shape the Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You will guide a global team of Product Managers, set the vision, and translate strategy into execution across EMV/Swipe, Local Methods, BNPL, QR, and eCommerce.

The role emphasizes growth, technical product management, and a customer-first focus on the Omni-Commerce roadmap. Onsite collaboration with technology and business teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in product management, payments, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision and size the opportunity.
• Drive roadmaps, technology blueprint, prioritization, and execution across Omni-commerce payments.
• Lead teams to deliver milestones with roadmaps and OKRs, aligning with executives.
• Use metrics and competitive analysis to inform direction and measure success.
• Ensure compliance with PCI standards and applicable regulations.
• Guide cross-functional groups to advance omni-commerce capabilities.
