Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, seeks a Product Leader to shape the future of its Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You will oversee a global team of Product Managers, set vision, strategy, and translate strategy into execution with cross-functional partners in technology.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision and size the potential opportunity.
• Drive product roadmaps, technology blueprint, product prioritization, execution and support across all aspects of the Omni-commerce Payments experience.
• Lead your team in breaking vision into milestones for progressive delivery and executive buy-in.
• Use metrics & competitive analysis to inform your point of view and measure success.
• Drive compliance with PCI standards, card schemes, and local policy.
• Lead cross-functional groups to guide omni-commerce capabilities.
