Job summary
U.S. Bank's Elavon unit is seeking a Product Leader to shape the future of its Global Omni-Commerce payments experience.
You will manage a global team of product managers and translate strategy into executable plans across EMV/swipe payments, mobile wallets, BNPL, QR codes, and eCommerce. You will lead cross-functional teams, define multi-year roadmaps, measure success with metrics, ensure PCI compliance, and partner with enterprise architecture to deliver rapid, scalable payments capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in payments or financial services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience leading large-scale technology transformations and cloud-first architectures.
Responsibilities
- Define and coordinate a multi-year global Omni-Commerce strategy and roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute a broad payments platform across various channels.
- Develop metrics and OKRs and drive release schedules.
