Job summary

Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, seeks a Product Leader to shape the future of Elavon’s Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You will manage a global team of Product Managers, set the vision, strategy, and translate strategy into execution by collaborating with a cross-functional team including technology.

This role drives growth, manages technical products, and focuses on solving for user needs across EMV/Swipe, local payment methods, BNPL, QR, and eCommerce payments at scale.

Qualifications

• Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, financial services, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or another technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision and size the potential opportunity.
• Drive product roadmaps, technology blueprint, product prioritization, execution and support across all aspects of the Omni-commerce Payments experience.
• Lead your team in breaking your vision down into measurable milestones for progressive delivery and crafting roadmaps & OKRs.
