Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is seeking a Product Leader to shape the future of the Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You will manage a global team of Product Managers, set the vision, strategy, translate strategy into execution with technology, and guide multi-year initiatives.

You will drive roadmaps, collaborate with executives, and ensure PCI/compliance while delivering best-in-class payments across EMV, wallets, BNPL, QR codes, and real-time payments.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of product management or related experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate a multi-year global omni-commerce vision and size opportunities.
• Drive roadmaps and prioritization for omni-commerce payments (EMV, wallets, BNPL, QR, eCommerce).
• Lead teams, craft OKRs, and coordinate with executives and cross-functional partners.
• Use analytics to measure success and influence product direction.
• Ensure compliance with PCI standards and regulatory guidelines.
