U.S. Bank's Elavon subsidiary seeks a Product Leader to shape the Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You will manage a global team of Product Managers, set the vision and strategy, and translate strategy into execution with cross-functional partners in technology.

This role drives multi-year roadmaps across in-person, card, mobile wallets, QR, BNPL, eCommerce, and real-time payments to deliver a best-in-class payments platform.

Formación

• Typically 10+ years in product management, payments or related areas.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex roadmaps.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution with executive presence.
• Deep knowledge of Omni-Commerce and modern payments platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year global Omni-Commerce vision and opportunities.
• Drive roadmaps, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
• Lead and mentor a global team of Product Managers.
• Use metrics and competitive analysis to shape direction.
• Ensure PCI compliance and security guidelines are followed.
