Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is seeking a Product Leader to shape the future of the Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You will manage a global team of Product Managers, set the vision, strategy, and translate strategy into execution with cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a track record of driving growth, managing technical products at scale, and delivering user-focused omni-commerce experiences with attention to detail.

Formación

• Typically 10+ years in product management or payments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years in payments tech with card payments or merchant acquiring.
• Ability to lead across the product lifecycle from vision to launch.
• Experience with cloud-first, microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of PCI standards and industry regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and coordinate a multi-year global Omni-Commerce vision.
• Drive roadmaps, technology blueprint, prioritization and execution of Omni-Commerce payments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align with executive stakeholders.
• Use metrics and competitive analysis to guide product direction.
• Ensure compliance with PCI standards and industry regulations.
• Guide multi-stakeholder collaboration and release scheduling.
