Job summary

U.S. Bank, through Elavon, is seeking a Product Leader to shape the Global Omni-Commerce payments experience, spanning EMV/Swipe, Local Payment Methods, Buy Now Pay Later, and eCommerce.

You will manage a global team of Product Managers, setting the vision and translating strategy into cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in payments technology, a track record of delivering large-scale platforms, and deep API, PCI, and cloud-native expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, payments, or related roles.
• Experience delivering large-scale payments platforms.
• Deep understanding of Omni-Commerce and merchant acquiring.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate a multi-year global Omni-Commerce strategy and milestones.
• Drive roadmaps, tech blueprint, and prioritization across all Omni-Commerce payments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and executives in roadmap alignment and OKRs.
• Use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
• Ensure compliance with PCI standards and regulatory requirements.
