U.S. Bank, through its Elavon subsidiary, seeks a Product Leader to shape the Global Omni-Commerce payments experience.

You will manage a global product team and translate strategy into execution across EMV/Swipe, Local Payment Methods, BNPL, QR, and eCommerce, partnering with technology to deliver a best-in-class payments platform. The role requires deep payments knowledge, market-driven thinking, and a track record of delivering large-scale tech transformations in a cloud-first, microservices

Qualifications

• Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, transaction banking, financial services, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate product requirements into phased platform feature delivery, executed in agile fashion.
• Previous experience of operating in and delivering large scale technology transformation in a Cloud first, Microservice Design domain.
• Deep knowledge & awareness of the Omni-Commerce market landscape including key players, trends & technologies.

Responsabilités

• Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision and size the potential opportunity.
• Drive product roadmaps, technology blueprint, product prioritization, execution across Omni-commerce Payments including in-person, swipe/EMV, mobile wallets, QR code, eCommerce, BNPL, recurring, ACH and real-time payments.
• Lead your team in breaking vision into milestones, craft roadmaps & OKRs, and manage trade-offs.
• Use metrics and competitive analysis to inform direction and measure success.
• Drive PCI standards compliance and align with card schemes and government policy.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional groups guiding omni-commerce capabilities.
