U.S. Bank (Elavon) is seeking a Product Leader to shape the future of the Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You will oversee a global team of Product Managers, set vision and strategy, and translate it into execution with a cross-functional team including technology.

Qualifications

• Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, transaction banking, financial services, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision and size the potential opportunity.
• Drive product roadmaps, technology blueprint, product prioritization, execution and support across all aspects of the Omni-commerce Payments experience.
• Lead your team in breaking your vision down into measurable milestones for progressive delivery of an omni-commerce payments experience.
• Use metrics & competitive analysis to inform your point of view and leverage analytics to measure success & influence direction.
• Drive the enforcement of compliance with PCI standards, card scheme regulations, and local government policy.
• Lead and/or support cross-functional working groups and forums designed to guide the direction of omni-commerce capabilities.
