Job summary

Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, seeks a Product Leader to shape the Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You will manage a global team of Product Managers, setting vision and strategy, translating it into execution with a cross-functional technology group.

This role aims to define and scale a best-in-class payments platform. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and oversee compliance.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, transaction banking, financial services, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of relevant product experience in payments technology with a minimum of 10 years in card payments or merchant acquiring industry.

Responsibilities

• Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision and size the potential opportunity.
• Drive product roadmaps, technology blueprint, product prioritization, execution and support across all aspects of the Omni-commerce Payments experience.
• Lead your team in breaking your vision down into measurable milestones and roadmaps for progressive delivery.
• Use metrics & competitive analysis to inform your point of view and measure success.
• Drive the enforcement of compliance with PCI standards and regulations.
• Lead and/or support cross-functional working groups guiding omni-commerce capabilities.
