Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is seeking a Product Leader to shape the future of its Global Omni-Commerce payments experience.

You will manage a global team of Product Managers, set vision and strategy, and translate that strategy into execution with a cross-functional team including technology. This role requires defining multi-year roadmaps, driving cross-functional delivery, and ensuring regulatory compliance, including PCI standards.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, transaction banking, financial services, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience shaping omni-commerce payments platforms and ensuring PCI/compliance.

Responsabilités

• Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision and size the opportunity.
• Drive product roadmaps, technology blueprint, prioritization, and execution across all Omni-commerce payments areas.
• Lead and align teams with milestones, roadmaps, OKRs, and executive buy-in.
• Use metrics and competitive analysis to inform direction and measure success.
• Ensure compliance with PCI standards and applicable regulations.
• Lead cross-functional groups to guide Omni-Commerce capabilities.
