U.S. Bank’s Elavon unit is seeking a Product Leader to shape the future of the Global Omni-Commerce payments platform. You’ll manage a global team of product managers, set vision and strategy, and translate it into execution with cross-functional partners including technology.

The role focuses on omni-commerce experiences—from EMV/Swipe to BNPL, QR, and eCommerce—driving a best-in-class payments experience at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 10+ years in product management, payments, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Aufgaben

• Define a multi-year global Omni-Commerce vision and size opportunities.
• Drive roadmaps, architecture, prioritization, and execution across omni-commerce payments (EMV, local methods, BNPL, QR, eCommerce).
• Lead a global Product team; translate strategy into actionable milestones and OKRs.
• Use metrics and competitive analysis to inform decisions and measure success.
• Ensure compliance with PCI, card schemes, and local regulations.
